Chat first

The chat widget in the bottom-right of every page is the Secret Optimizer Assistant. It’s powered by AI and disclosed as such. It can answer pricing questions, walk you through onboarding, run a quick audit on your site, or pull up your account if you’re an existing client. If it can’t help, it routes you to Ryan and you’ll hear back within 24 hours.

Email also works

For new business questions: hello@secretoptimizer.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours, and almost always within 4 business hours.

For existing client support: ryan@secretoptimizer.com. This goes directly to Ryan and our support team. If your question is urgent and account-affecting, mark the subject line URGENT.

If you really need a video call

Ryan does a limited number of 15-minute intro calls each week. These are reserved for prospects in serious evaluation mode (signing up in the next 30 days) and existing clients with strategic questions chat can’t answer.

If you’re trying to reach Ryan (our founder), the honest answer is: he doesn’t take live meetings. He’s heads-down on building the company. Anything you’d want to say to him, route to Ryan — Ryan has full authority on pricing, contracts, and onboarding decisions, and he’ll loop Ryan in if there’s something only Ryan can answer.

Why no phone?

Every small business owner we’ve ever talked to says the same thing about phone calls with marketing vendors: they take 30 minutes when an email would have taken 2. Most of those 30 minutes are filler — small talk, status update, repeating what’s already in the report you got Monday.

We default to async on purpose. Chat is faster. Email leaves a trail. Calendared video calls let you prepare. None of those waste your day on hold. If a phone call ever truly is the right tool, Ryan will offer to schedule one.
