## What we do

Secret Optimizer is a productized SEO + content marketing service. AI handles the templated production work (keyword research, schema markup, draft content, Google Business Profile updates, citation cleanup, social posts, image generation, inbox triage). Ryan Smeltz personally handles strategy, editorial direction, and client relationships.

Three retainer tiers (locked 2026-05-05, scope expanded 2026-05-13):
- Local Anchor: $1,500/month, 22 monthly deliverables, single-location service business.
- Local Authority: $2,400/month + $750 setup, 54 monthly deliverables including AI-search citation push (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews), daily social posting, weekly email broadcast, daily inbox triage.
- Multi-Location: $4,500/month + $1,500 setup, Authority deliverables per location plus cross-location items.

Founding Member tier: $497/month for year one, then 20% off your tier, capped at the first 20 customers. Full 54-deliverable Authority scope plus every add-on included at no extra cost for as long as you stay.

Eight monthly add-on subscriptions available on any retainer ($10-$50/month each, included at no extra cost for Founding Members): Daily Social Posts, Pinterest Pipeline, Medium Reposts, Weekly Email Broadcast, Branded Image Pack, Daily Inbox Triage, Daily Blog Cadence, AI Voice Receptionist.

30-day Performance Promise: full month refund if fewer than 3 deliverables are shipped in any 30-day window. Eligibility requires existing site + verified Google Business Profile.
